Meet Coach Hannie

Hey! I'm Hannah Nguyen, aka Coach Hannie and I have been chasing my passion as a nutrition and fitness coach since 2020.


I specialize in helping women bring harmony to their hormones so that they can reclaim their energy, build physical strength and elevate their mindset to show up with the most unwavering confidence.



After receiving my B.S. Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology at UC Santa Cruz, I decided to ditch the medical school route and work towards a career in health that I was actually excited about, COACHING. I believe that continuing education is important and I'm always looking to further my education to support my clients.

One day I reconized that punishing my body was never going to get me to where I wanted to be, I shifted my mindset to โ€œStronger, not smaller and my life changed.โ€


I took charge of my health, read all the books, got all of the certifications and brought harmony to my hormones and my body.

When you sign up to work with me, weโ€™ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your goals and where you're currently at in the process. From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

You Will Successfully Graduate From My


Four Phase System



Phase One: Restorative Habits and Happy Hormones - We will be focusing on all of your foundational habits, that way all of your internal systems like your hormones and metabolism all begin to work together at optimal. We'll begin by lowering inflammation and stress, while doing a deep dive into healthy mindset shifts.


Phase Two: Master Your Maintenance and Metabolism

We will be focusing on mastering your "maintenance calories," this will ensure that we make no major changes and nail a consistent, sustainable routine. We'll need to give the body time in a healthy, non-stressed state. As we master this, you will continue to feel the benefits of improved energy levels, sleep, and stress reduction.


Phase Three: Fat Loss Accelerator

Once your body is primed for success, this phase will go very smoothly. You cannot progress to this phase unless you complete phases one and two. Most people rush here and find themselves yo-yo dieting for years on end, stuck in a vicious cycle. I want better for you. You deserve healthy success, both physically and mentally.


Phase Four: Lifelong Success

I am the last stop on your fitness journey. During this program, you have nearly unlimited access to me and my arsenal of knowledge so that you can ask the questions, obtain support and learn everything that you need to sustain your results for life.

RESULTS

Prior to this program I thought that I wouldn t be able to have any cheat days meals However after the 3 months it was amazing to see the progress I made without a single restriction in my diet All I did was increase my calories and add a little bit more fruits vegetables and protein in my diet and I was still able to make amazing progress This program definitely opened my eyes to realize that as long as I consistently work on myself and fill my body with essential fuel it needs it will benefit me FOR SURE in the long run
