I cannot tell you enough about Hannie, this has been beyond learning and managing my expectations, but also understanding why certain things don't suit me.. Having you as a coach has been so helpful from your experience but also as a female too, it just feels so much better.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the experience I had with Coach Hannie. When I first started the program, I struggled. I struggled with my relationship with food, exercise, my self-image, and my own mind. I felt trapped in a cycle of unhealthy habits and negative self-talk. With Coach Hannie’s guidance, a lot has changed about me. Physically, I am still not where I want to be but I also just birthed a human being within the last year and I’m ok with that. Mentally, I am in a way better place. I have developed a healthier relationship with food, learning to nourish my body rather than restrict it. Allowing myself to make mistakes and not let it ruin all my hard work. Allowing myself to just enjoy. Creating small reachable goals and celebrating all my small wins. Coach Hannie helped me do that!

Hannie was an amazing coach for me!! Hannie is incredible, and the framework she provides for health navigation, dialogue, collaboration, education, and empathy is truly first class. I have been a consistent dieter and have struggled with excess weight my entire life. I hired Hannie for a 12 month program and have continued to have her program my workouts since that program ended. Hannie is the perfect balance of encouragement and pushing you out of your comfort zone. If you're looking for a sustainable, lifelong change to your exercise and nutrition habits, you need to hire Hannie! She is always pursuing further education and certifications to expand her knowledge which I really appreciate. She also continues to check on me and see how she can support me. Where do I even begin?! I admire Coach Hannie so much and my life has changed for the better since I began working with her. I initially reached out to Coach Hannie for some guidance in my training because I was really struggling to build strength. I knew she would be a good coach but she still managed to exceed my expectations. What stuck out most is how thorough she is. She doesn’t do quick fixes. She addresses everything relating to your health. From your sleep quality and digestion to your stress levels. She digs deep so you can flourish. I simply went in looking to increase my strength (and I did) but Coach Hannie pushed me to dig a little deeper and address what was causing me stress and let go of the things that weren’t serving me.
