You Will Successfully Graduate From My Four Phase System

Phase One: Restorative Habits and Happy Hormones

We will be focusing on all of your foundational habits, that way all of your internal systems like your hormones and metabolism all begin to work together at optimal. We'll begin by lowering inflammation and stress, while doing a deep dive into healthy mindset shifts.

Phase Two: Master Your Maintenance and Metabolism

We will be focusing on mastering your "maintenance calories," this will ensure that we make no major changes and nail a consistent, sustainable routine. We'll need to give the body time in a healthy, non-stressed state. As we master this, you will continue to feel the benefits of improved energy levels, sleep, and stress reduction.

Phase Three: Fat Loss Accelerator

Once your body is primed for success, this phase will go very smoothly. You cannot progress to this phase unless you complete phases one and two. Most people rush here and find themselves yo-yo dieting for years on end, stuck in a vicious cycle. I want better for you. You deserve healthy success, both physically and mentally.

Phase Four: Lifelong Success

I am the last stop on your fitness journey. During this program, you have nearly unlimited access to me and my arsenal of knowledge so that you can ask the questions, obtain support and learn everything that you need to sustain your results for life.
